Within New Zealand:
Free Courier service is available for all shipments. Please provide a physical address (i.e. not a PO Box), where someone is present to sign for the package between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only. A work address would be preferred. If you can only provide a home address please provide details of where to leave the parcel if you are not at home. Please note, Lissom this will be at your risk.
You should receive your order within 2-6 working days. We do not process orders over the weekend or on public holidays.
We offer FREE Worldwide Delivery on all orders over NZD 120. For orders under NZD 120, shipping costs are NZD 10 for deliveries to Australia and NZD 15 to all other countries. Standard delivery is provided worldwide. Please allow for 4-20 days delivery; delivery times vary depending on the shipping address' location.

Log in/Create an Account
You don't need to register your details and create an account to purchase, but it will save you time the next time you shop if you do. Then our system will securely store them and automatically recall them each time you login in to the site – making online shopping much more efficient for you. You will only need to reenter your credit card payment details each time, which guarantees the safe and secure processing of your order.

Lissom respects your privacy and never sells, distributes or shares your information with any third party. We collect and keep your information strictly confidential. If you have subscribed to our monthly e-newsletter we will email you with products, advice and information relevant to your interests in skincare and beauty. If you wish to stop receiving our e-newsletter, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Processing your order
Orders are processed within 72 hours (three working days) of receipt.
Please note, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.
We like to keep you posted, so we will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched.
Making your Payment
Lissom uses internationally secure payment gateway, Paypal.
Pay for your items easily and more securely, simply with an email address or mobile number. No Paypal account is required, as the platform accepts payment using VISA, MasterCard and American Express. No matter where you are, your security is Paypal's top priority. They combine world-class anti-fraud detection with 24/7 account monitoring to keep you safer. Your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safer when you pay with PayPal. Plus, your financial information is never shared.
Please select your currency at the top, and this will then be automatically displayed, and you will be charged in this currency at the rate applicable at the time of purchase and billed to your credit card.
Any information you send will be encrypted when it is entered and when in transit. Your information remains totally confidential.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We are happy to make a full refund to you if for the unlikely reason your Lissom product is proven to be faulty within 30 days of receipt.
To make a return and claim a refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation noting why a refund is required and attaching an image of the faulty product. In the email response from Lissom, we may require you to return the faulty item in the original box packaging with a prepaid courier slip to our New Zealand warehouse address for further assessment before the refund is processed.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand) we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase. You are welcome to try before you buy!
Try before you buy
We supply testers across the range at retail outlets so you can experience our products before you purchase, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for dislike of texture or fragrance.
Remember that your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, wintertime and while taking medication. We therefore recommend carrying out a patch test on your skin before use, and have that reminder on our packaging.
