Lissom launched to friends, influencers, media and customers on 19th January, 2019 on a sunny summer's day in the middle of a lavender farm in Auckland, New Zealand.
It had been seven months in the making since we caught up over coffee to discuss starting up a skincare brand together, and along the way we set up a company account and office, formulating and producing Lissom's first two products with the country's largest skincare manufacturer; not to mention Lydia had a baby during the sampling process who's since become a new addition to our small team!
The white-themed launch day was a fun and interactive event for all, as we invited guests to listen to our brand story, learn about Lavender Hill and its operations, and enjoy a mini outdoor concert featuring jazz singing and a ballet performance. Activity stations such as alpaca feeding and kokedama planting kept everyone entertained, and invited guests to create their own #lissomstories. At the end, each guest walked away with a goody bag with our two new products, the Rose Moisture Boost Sleeping Mask and the Youth Activate Renewal Serum.
2019 is definitely going to be a fun but busy year for Lissom, we look forward to what the future holds!
